Conditional Captcha
Updated over a week ago

Captcha is a way of verifying someone's payment details by asking them to select certain items of a group of photos. It is used for security reasons and is a great way to verify payment details.

How to enable

To enable this feature, click into a donation page, and go to the Advanced tab. You will see a toggle for captcha:

Toggle that on by clicking the check box and save the page.

To know if Captcha is enabled on your page, see the logo in the bottom right hand corner.

Disclaimer: If enabled, the Captcha prompt may not display to the donor every time. The prompt displays based on real-time metrics on the user who is viewing the page.

How it works

After a donor enters their credit card number and clicks Donate, the donor will be prompted to complete the captcha before their donation can be processed. All they have to do is click the appropriate pictures, click verify, and they will be good to go.

Note: Pages that do not have Captcha enabled, donations shall process as normal.
