With Email Notifications, you can create a customizable notification every time certain actions occur on your Revv account.
Create a Notification
To enable this, navigate to the Utilities tab and click the Integrations sub-tab.
Once there, click the green plus in the right hand corner and select Email Notifications from the menu.
The following menu will then appear. Enter the email addresses of the recipients who should receive the notification. You can add as many emails as you like here and separate each address by inputting a comma.
Below is a list of available notifications and a description of what each notification does.
Notification Type | Description |
New Donation Notification | A notification is sent for every new donation. You can filter this notification by amount, campaign, or by contributor type. |
Donation Failed | A notification is sent every time a failed donation occurs. |
New Subscription | A notification is sent every time a new recurring subscription is created. |
New Lead | A notification is sent every time a new lead is created |
New Donor | A notification is sent every time a new donor donates to your committee |
Report Requested | A notification is sent every time a report is requested from your account |
Once you have completed setting up your notification, toggle the notification as active and click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Edit or Delete the Notification
Once the notification is set up, it will be visible under the Integration tab. Click on it to edit or delete it.
Here, you can edit the notification, add or remove any recipients, and edit what you are being notified about.
You can delete the notification or make it inactive by navigating to the bottom of the page.
If you set the notification as inactive, it will no longer occur but will not be deleted from your account. It can be used at a later date.
