The reclaim feature can be used for two situations:
You deactivated your account and want to access it again
You have been making donations without an account and want to create one that includes your donation history
In order to reclaim, follow these steps:
Navigate to our Reclaim Account Form
Enter your email address and click reclaim
Check your email for a secure link to your temporary account
Create a new password
You can now login anytime and see your donation history, manage your subscriptions, and update your payment information.
Please note that donations are tied to your email address. When reclaiming your account, you will only see donations tied to that email address. If you are not seeing all your donations, try using another email address or a spouses email address.
