How to Request a Password Reset and Change Your Password

If you are trying to reset your password and are unable to access your account, keep reading. If you are logged in, head to the bottom of this document.

Password Reset When You Can't Access Your Account

1. Ensure you're logged out
If you're unsure whether you are or not, click here to completely sign out.

2. Request a password reset
Reach out to our team at [email protected] and request a password reset.


3. Click the "Reset Password" button
You will receive an email with a link to create a new passowrd. Click that when you get it.

4. Enter a new password
On the screen that appears, input your new password.

Note: Passwords must have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. (!@#$%^&*)

If you get the error "Invalid Reset Token" after you enter your new password, ensure that you're completely logged out of your Revv account first. Click here to completely sign out.

Change Password While Logged In

If you're logged into your Revv account, but want to change your password, follow these steps:

1. Sign In Here


2. Head to the Account tab of your Revv Donor Profile Here.

3. Input new password
Enter your current password and then enter your new password. Then click 'save'.

Note: Passwords must be 8 characters long, have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. (!@#$%^&*)
